Shruthi Rathan

A visionary, who was amongst the first edupreneurs in the country, Shruthi Rathan has a decade and a half of experience in this space. Identifying the need for quality education in the preschool space, she started her first preschool in Bangalore 16 years ago. Donning multiple hats, Shruthi Rathan runs two preschools and has also co-founded 'Peppermint Events' & 'Shop till Drop' - conducting lifestyle exhibitions and events for families and kids.

Her 16 years of experience as an early childhood educator has helped her gain pertinent insights into the psyche of young parents which she uses well in guiding parents in dealing with the various challenges associated.

Shruthi Rathan has a creative bent of mind and her out of the box thinking serves as a cornerstone to her work. Her excellent networking skills are just a natural extension of her pleasant demeanour.
