• Speciality: Head of School

Swathi has recently completed her certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Education. She comes with 14 years of international experience in the United States, Caribbean and India. During this period, she also worked as a school counselor for 3 elementary schools that involved needs assessments and advocating students' rights. She has been responsible for identifying and intervening on various cases ranging from reading disabilities to child abuse. Her prior experience was in implementing the "theory of multiple intelligences", which states that children are born with specific intelligence, who need to be taught in different ways to ensure that every child learns. An exam score should never become their identity or their fate.

Swathi is a firm believer that children-centric education is critical for a child's holistic development. Her passion for education is rooted in the belief that by ensuring that children taking accountability of their own learning can unlock the potential of every child. Swathi believes that there is nothing more important in a child's life than positive connections with one school adult. She invests time into actually mapping out the relationships between students, parents and staff. In all her roles, this belief has informed all of Swati's interactions with parents, children and professional development of the staff.
